Water under slide when after towing in the rain

We have only towed our 2016 Flagstaff 29FBSS twice in the rain. Both times we have had a small amount of water under the slide we run it back out at home after our trip. Both times it was raining we ran the slide in and there was some pooled water on the topper also. We haven't pulled it in the rain where the slide was in before the rain started. It has sat outside in the rain with the slide in and out during heavy rains with no leaks. The trailer tires are under the slide and the rack bar for the slide is in the center area above the tires. The first time it happened I told the dealer and they said that they repositioned a seal but I don't see where anything was moved. My friend said that sometimes they see water in the same area. The first time we had water we had only driven in it for a few minutes but it was rained on before we left. This time we drove in it for about an hour and still only had a small amount of water. It can be dried up with one or two paper towels.
Thanks

When you say pooled water on the topper, please elaborate. Is that on top of the slideout, or do you have an awning on top of the slideout? If you have water on the top of the slideout, due to your trailer not having a slideout cover, then you can easily have enough water sitting on top there to wet a couple paper towels, and then some. That water will, or some of it least will make its way down the sides while travelling to sit on the floor. Even the walls of the slideout that are exposed to the rain can have a fair bit of water that will drip onto the floor once you pull the slide in.
Not saying it isn't coming from elsewhere, but just pointing out that the slide can have quite a bit of water on it when packing up in the rain....the sweep on top of the slideout won't catch all the water as its being brought in.

It does have a slide out topper/awning on it.

Rain Water in Coach after towing in rain

Same issue with brand new Freedom Express. Rain just started before towing, so there was no buildup on top of slide. But rain was coming down hard during travel. When home, the main cabin floor looked like someone spilled a pitcher of water. Carpeting was wet where it meets the flooring. No water in any other part of coach. Nothing above the floor level was wet.
This has now happened twice this season. 2nd time, the carpet was only wet towards the front portion of slide carpet. Visual inspection, everything looks sealed. Puzzled. If anyone has a fix, I'd love to hear it.
