Waterproofing fridge vent area

Hey everyone, any ideas on how to better waterproof this area? With heavy rain I notice some dampness on the wood. I believe wind driven rain maybe coming under the vent cover on the roof. I am worried about repeated moisture over time. I was thinking about spreading lexel around to seal the wood area. Not sure what the black sealant is, maybe RTV?

Looks like yours other then the wood is painted gloss black. When I ran my solar wires down there, I sealed the hole I made in the wood with Dicor then painted over every wooden piece again.

That looks exactly like the backside of my Norcold refer...check the weep holes on the cover before you reinstall, the factory put too much clear caulk near there and clogged the drains. I used a tube of clear caulk to completely cover the wood in your pic.

Do you have any pictures of the weep holes in question?
