Well, darn. Sidewall crack

My "Over Five Years Old Trade In Alarm" has been going off this spring. I feel like I can't keep up with all the problems/breaks/explosions/repairs.

I discovered a 4-5" crack in the side wall on my 2017 Forester 3011 that goes from the lower right corner of the large slide out opening to the rear wheel arch. Anyone out there have experience with this sort of break (cost to repair, insurance coverage, etc.)?

I recently found an RV body specialist about an hour from home so I'll get an estimate in the next week or so from them. I was looking to hear from others with similar experience.
