Wifi Ranger Bricked
Anyone else bricked their wifi ranger with last update? Last weekend I attempted performing the latest update suggested for my WIFI Ranger. It's now bricked and not recognized. I have talked to their tech support several times and opened a case. Their response is to pay $25 and send it back to get it re-flashed or upgrade for even more $$. Seems like it was deliberate from Wingard to make more $$ and try to force customers into upgrade. Its easier than to have their hardware expire after the year warrantee. (Mine rv was purchased in May 2021) If you still have a functioning WIFI Ranger, don't perform the update.
