Zero Point Level issue

Having an issue conducting the zero point level on my 2015 Georgetown. We are in the process of preparing for camping season and wanted to make sure everything was working properly. I conducted the auto level and it lifted the motorhome completely off the ground and blew a breaker. I contacted LC1 and they advised to conduct a zero point level on the unit. I followed the instructions in the book and even watched a YouTube video and still can't get it to work. I can't even get the unit to manually level. Every time I try to manually level or zero point level all 4 jacks go down. I can't get the side to side or front to back to go individually, they all go down at the same time.
