Pull the bottom vent to see if the LP is lighting.

On our 2011 I don't see where to check it. I'll take a picture. I first tried to run it when we were not level. Hope that didn't cause issues.

When I turn my propane on after filling I have to turn the stove on to make sure it is getting propane.

I have a 2011 also and the fridge takes a long time to cool down. When I start a trip I put ice or ice packs in the freezer and fridge to help it cool down. I keep my food in a cooler until we get to our destination. I put my fridge on auto for either gas or electric. I think you have to purge the gas line and the fridge should work on propane.

I have a 2012 390bh60 and up until this year I was having cooling problems.

Must do's with any RV frig.

1 fill the frig with cold food.
2 start with frozen food in freezer
3 do not leave door open for long periods

Improvements that I have made to my frig that have made a huge improvement. Both items purchased from rvcoolingunits.com

1 double led circulation fan that

I put the fridge on the night or day before traveling. It takes forever for the thermometer to move. One sure way to check (even shortly after firing up) is to open the freezer and put your palm on the freezer floor. If you feel nothing there; sorry to say that it is not working.

Open fridge door and look at the fins on the back wall. Check for a white plastic slide on the last fin on the right side. It should be positioned toward the top of the fin. This slide has an affect on the cooling. It is called a "thermister" (sp?). Hope I spelled it right.

Are you using gas or electric? Turn it off and then back on. Mine will start out at 60 it cools down but seems like it takes forever.

OK. Gas lights-no cooling. Electric kicks on-going cooling.

Sounds like it's working but just does not cool. I give up.

This could all be my fault. Our driveway is a hill. The night before we left I started the fridge on gas. Never got cold. Could I have done something to the fridge running it all night on a tilt (front high)?

2011 390bh. Refer not getting cold

I don't know maybe you did mess it up but I have parked several times unleveled and not had any issue. It's odd that it just stopped working. If the LP is lighting it is beyond me. Obviously you have a issue that a fan is not going to fix. I'm thinking it shop time. Or maybe a good time to switch to a residential? I have heard great reviews about the Amish fix. Someone here just did that and it works great. There is a Amish guy in Shipshewana that converts you've fridge. Not sure if you are close but that's a real good option.

On edit I see you are in Washington State. Not very close. It would be a very nice road trip. Lol. Good luck. Let us know the fix please.

Although it is good practice to get you MH as level as possible ... I very much doubt that this is your problem

That fact that it cools on election but not propane leads me to believe that your problem is somehow related to propane supply.

I know that you have said that the frig is lighting on propane ... but please humour me.

1 check to make sure the main valve on propane tank is turned on

2 press test and then reset on your propane alarm

3 light the large burner on stove and let burn on high for 30 sec or so.

4 turn the frig off and then back on ... in propane setting

5 Turn temp setting to 5 and make sure that frig lites.

6 go outside to back frig ... you should hear the burner.

7 within a couple of hours you should feel the freezer compartment getting colder.

Remember ... these are not residential frigs and take a while to draw the heat our of the compartments.

If this does not work ... I would agree with the above post and seek professional help.

I miss read the post. I thought they were not getting any cool on LP or electric. Absolutely do the suggested trouble shooting. This is a minor issue I'm sure.

No cooling either way. Sorry for the confusion. Texas Realtor- do you know the model number that fit? Did you have someone do it?
