2014 Berkshire 390FL coach mirror

I can only see about 2/3 of the passenger side mirror, does the swing arm adjust?

Should have a 9/16” bolt on the arm holding the socket tight. Loosen the bolt and tap lightly to release the arm then reposition and tighten back up.

I torque the nut (15mm) to 15 ft lbs when I'm finished. Anything less and the mirror gets pushed out of position by the wind. Anything more and I'm afraid of breaking something because I believe there is some pot metal there.
