2014 BH390 Wardrobe Slide

We have had many problems with the wardrobe slide, where is the motor located that keeps failing

Our dealer just keeps saying its a motor problem, we must drive 120 miles each way to get it fixed.

Above the inside top bunk there is a panel that must be removed to access the motor and gear assembly. The button snap covers pop off exposing the screws that need to be removed to remove the panel.
Is the slide out of alignment causing the continued problems?
