2014 Zone 1 furnace

I have a new ACZone 1 (front AC) that was installed as the old one died. the ac works but the propane furnace is not working I don't see the option on the control anymore. what happened and what didn't the installer do to set it up.

I want to get the propane furnace to work again

Might just have to reset the thermostat...just guessing. I have a dometic dual zone thermostat. If you do a google search on your thermostat, the manual tells you how to reset and identify the available modes. Here is a link to the thermostat I have. https://www.dometic.com/externalasse...ccc2_64755.pdf

There are “dip” switches in the a/c unit that might need to be set properly for all heating and a/c functions to work correctly
