2018 34QS slide problem

I finally got the slide problem repaired on my 2018 34QS. I had to leave the unit at Buddy Gregg RV for 10 weeks and it took a lot of time and many phone calls to get it taken care of.
Turns out that it was a bad design from the factory.
They had to upgrade both slide motors on the wardrobe slide and the way they were mounted. Also had to upgrade wiring harness and connector.
I would advise anyone with a Berk that has a slide vibration and shudder to get the dealer to correct it while it is still under warranty.
It took a lot of effort on my part to get them to recognize that it was a problem
