2022 Berkshire xlt 45ca only 1 ac working-HELP leaving next week

We just purchased a brand new 2022 Berkshire XLT 45ca and only 1 A/C is working? The Bedroom A/C works great the living room and kitchen blow warm air. The Control Panel is flashing Models don't match. This is plugged in to 50amp at our house and I know it is working correctly we just had our old Toy Hauler plugged in and can run all 3 A/C's no problem. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

If the touch screen is stating model mismatch I would contact Precision Circuits. Their number is PH: 630-515-9100 ext 704 and that will direct you to Danny Dinovo

1st 2 docs is to get into diagnostics on the distribution panel. You will see 4 buttons push the top and bottom at the same time. Then Scroll down to model. Select 2022 45CA w keyless. The 3rd sheet attache labeled [Changing a Model] is for the display. I would do the display 1st to see if its the issue then the distribution panel if necessary.
