2nd bed room slide motor

I have owned my 2017 38A for 6 weeks and I am now on my 2nd bed room slide motor. First one broke on the day I picked it up and now the 2nd one went today. Anyone else having problems with bed room slide motors?

one of the other Berkshire Owners reported the bracket under the bed (where the motor is) was the problem. The bolts that hold the motor in place had come loose.

They have had issues for a couple of years now. I would have thought the issue was fixed. What is failing the motor or gears?
