390BH Kitchen Slider

I have a 2012 390BH, this last trip the kitchen slider all of a sudden starts to go out about 6 inches.
So far luckily it did not happen while driving but stopping for lunch and fuel both times it went out.
Anyone have an idea what maybe causing this and what the fix would be ?

When I first got my coach I had a problem with my slide out where it would strip the gear that moves the slide. I had it fixed several times and finally had it done at the factory. When travelling with my son and his wife (who were sitting at the dinette) they said that they could see the slide tilting in and out as we travelled. Not wanting further problems with the slide I have been using the slide locks to hold the slide steady when we travel.

I would suggest that you start using the slide locks if you have a problem with the slide moving out.
