Ac unit

We have 2010 390bh. Nether Ac unit will turn on with the thermostat. Any thoughts

The only commonality is the power center. (check breakers)

When were they last used? (rusted/bound up)

If your breakers are good and you have a wall thermostat try to by-pass the thermostat .

The OP seemed to indicate in his post that both ACs had the issue. Isn't there a separate thermostat for each one?

No- there is one thermostat that controls both ACs. You can set each AC setting seperately from the one therostat.
