AGS not starting in Test

We are heading to Alabama/Florida from PA in August and I wanted to get our Magnum AGS system (finally) figured out. I've read the manual and thought I had everything ready to go, but when I run the "test" the Status light just continues to blink green and the generator never starts. The Ready light is a solid green so I know the AGS is getting power and connected. The generator will start if we push the Gen Start button, so I know the gen starts. I just don't have much experience with the AGS and don't even know where to start looking to trouble shoot this one. Any BTDT advice?

NEVERMIND. I was able to get in touch with Magnum and troubleshoot. We got it working twice but then it stopped so they are sending me a replacement.

It's always something with RVing!
