Air Dryer keeps blasting off air

I posted this same problem last May. To date it I still have it. What happens is my air system will build up to its required air pressure of about 130 psi. The air dryer purge valve on the bottom of it will give a blast of air. The problem is the air dryer will then continue to blast off air about every 10 sec. It's like the governor till the compressor to cycle again. I have changed the governor. I have serviced the air dryer. I have change the purge valve and the relief valve (200 psi one) on the air dryer. Can anyone advised what could be causing this. Were thinking it might be the unloader valve but Cummins says these rarely ever fail. They point back to the air dryer or a leak in the system. I never lose air pressure per my dash gauges. Any insight into this is appreciated. If it’s the unloaded valve does one replace the whole unit ? I may have to take it to a dealer but that will be an arm and 2 legs I'm told. Thanks...Ron

You need a new governor for your air compressor.

most likely cause is an air leak in the line from Governor to dryer or even the gasket between the governor and compressor. some times very hard to find .spray every thing down with a soap and water solution and watch for bubbles.
