Air mattress leaks air

I bought my 2011 Berkshire 390BH last year. We took my buddy and his wife along right before the end of the season here in PA. My buddy is like me and goes a solid 255. The first morning he complained that the air mattress leaked air all night and he had to keep refilling. When I took the coach to Boat n RV by Cabela's, I had them check this problem out. They said they filled it and it was fine the next day, so they didn't perform any maintenance. This year, when I took it out with my parents, we gave up the bedroom for the fold out. Again the air mattress leaked. I'm wondering if the air mattress was really designed for a 255lb person? Is anyone else having this problem?

Maybe the valve for letting air out is not tight or bad seal.

I had to send my air mattress back twice for replacement during the first year.

Ours acted the same way.
The cap at the foot of the bed was not tight enough.
Wife and I slept on it one night (at least 350 lbs) no problems at all.
Check the cap.

We have the same problem. We are just out of warranty so we'll see what happens when we get home. Currently in Baddeck, NS, so we'll just have to keep on inflating a couple of times a night.
