Welcome to the Berkshire 45A XLT family. We just bought ours in TX new 2021. We have had some trouble with it but Freightliner is working on it and Berkshire is fixing the rest. I would first say you must have the Berkshire hotline ready at hand. 866-209-2895 They were great and helped me with so many items that came up. 24 hours I believe and tips and help on the way. Also down load your freightliner APP on your phone. Called Freightliner 24/7 direct. Just that, it helps you with many questions and instructions on the chassis side of the Motorhome. 24 hour free help is always welcome. I would try everything in the RV to see how it works and have a list of questions that they can help with. you also should register chassis with them as a new owner or use old owners name. Watch for heights as you are 12'9" and some gas stations away from highway may not clear your roof. We love ours and hope you do too Mark
