Another shout out for Randy Houser
We recently purchased a 2012 Berkshire 390RB and discovered afterwards that the front axle was nearly overloaded even before cargo was added. I researched the issue on this forum and contacted Randy Houser from Forest River. A big shout out to Randy for his quick response and finding a Freightliner facility to replace the tires and front airbags. Another shout for the members of the forum who have shared their experiences which have provided a wealth of information on the forum.
