Another shout out for Randy Houser

We recently purchased a 2012 Berkshire 390RB and discovered afterwards that the front axle was nearly overloaded even before cargo was added. I researched the issue on this forum and contacted Randy Houser from Forest River. A big shout out to Randy for his quick response and finding a Freightliner facility to replace the tires and front airbags. Another shout for the members of the forum who have shared their experiences which have provided a wealth of information on the forum.

Dave welcome to the forum. Randy is a class guy that works hard for FR and the owners of the products they produce. Glad it worked out for you and also happy to hear that you had your MH weighed. Knowing your weight is so important.
