Post Any Berkshire 34QS owners?

We just picked up our 2020 BS34QS 2 weeks ago. The brochure clearly states "Pillowtop Mattress" as a feature. Our coach has a standard mattress. Has anybody else purchased the same coach and what type of mattress was onboard? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

My 2019 came with the same crummy mattress. First thing I replaced.

Yeah, I was just curious to know if contacting the manufacturer is an option since the brochure says "pillowtop". Seems like they should make good on it.

Same with our new 34QS. We had the dealer replace it with the pillow top. They had to order the mattress. When it can in and they were taking the ok’d mattress out they damaged the valance over the front door. They had to order that also. Can’t get us a warranty appointment for three months.

Thank you for the reply. Did you pay for the replacement mattress. I'm pursuing this because of the brochure making the "pillowtop" statement.
