AV compartment

Ok, so the Bone Head move of the weekend. Spent all day Friday getting the satellite receiver set up for Direct TV. Had to bring the coach to the house to get it loaded to move aboard. So pulling the dinette slide in needless to say the AV door didn't stand a chance up against the slide.
So I sent Randy and Mitch an email asking about replacing the door. Are they the right people to contact for replacement parts?

First, Randy is the customer service interface and Andy Thompson is the parts manager. Randy will probably tell you to contact Andy (athompson@forestriverinc.com). Sounds like you got lucky here. I have heard instances where someone did the same thing and it really screwed up the slide mechanism. We make sure that we wrap tiny bungee cords around the handles to any cabinet that may come open while travelling. This happened to us with the doors on the cabinet that has the washer dryer in it on our '08 Berkshire. Ripped the doors off but luckily we had no damage to our slide mechanism.
