Battery tray
In my 2014 390BH-60 my house batteries are fixed in the compartment. Have any of my fellow Berkshire owners upgraded to a slide out tray? If so, what tray system did you use?

I would like to do this too. I think past models had this option.

I believe that they stopped using the slide tray on the 2012 and maybe early 2013 models.

Count me in on the "love to have a slide out battery tray" train. Anyone have any ideas?

Or Rich, you could go here:
Kwikee RV Battery Trays
Looks pretty simple to install - just screw the tray to the floor.

I'm liking this idea.
Has anyone checked if the cables are long enough to reach with the tray extended ?

I know mine are NOT long enough.
But I would not go through the trouble on my 309RB.
One of these battery fillers work just fine.

This is the exact same method I use. In fact, I better check my garage.....that looks like my filler.....

Easy Peasy for me.
I realize some Berks battery compartments my not have room to use this filler.
And it's really not that cool either.

I have room for the filler but my batteries have black cases. Can't see the fill line. I know the filler is supposed to stop when the water level has been reached. Not always though.

Same deal with me, Paul. I have overfilled a couple and had them boil out. I looked at the automatic fillers, but can't see any cost benefit ratio there. And those puppies are expensive!

Went out to the coach today and checked battery compartment. Looks like I have enough cable length to do it. Just need to take loom off of right cable attached to wall. Looks like I'd need a kwikee 14 3/4 x 21 inch tray. Here are some pics. Have you guys with the 2014's actually looked at them?

Just ordered this rascal for a spring project. After some research , the best price I found and free shipping with prime. Ordered the 21" x 14" for 129.00, 250# rating.

Dan, I think that additional space that they are talking about is the sliding apparatus frame.
