Can someone out there please provide me a link back to one the discussions on adjustment/repair (with photos) of the bed slide motor. Mine is slipping again. Thank You.

There was a Berkshire owner that had several post about the BR slide motor issues. If you do a search for Sliver you will see his profile. Send him a PM and he should be able to lead you to the Post.

I was wondering if the slide needs to be extended or retracted when adjusting the motor in the slots. I tried today with it extended and could not budge it.

Our motor had slid out of place and gear on motor was messed up so ended up buying new motor and gear assembly and replace. Was expensive but best cost was to buy from FR. Skip

I loosened the two bolts shown above, but could not move the assembly. In fact, it dropped. I even had 2x 4's beneath the plate and used a pry bar to try and lift up. Not moving at all.

The 4 mounting bolts for the motor are on the opposite side of your photo.
