bed spread mod
got tired of trying to stuff it down by the night stands too. DW got out the scirrors, needle and thread the solved the issue.

Pull out the mattress, make up the bed , push it back to the headboard. Easy,peasy!!

It's not so easy if you had gotten rid of to thirty dollar mattress that came with the Moho. We have a TP and it's a heavy son of a gun. That mattress slide looks great. I'm the one that changes the sheets as it's just to hard for my wife.
That's not the real issue though. The problem is tucking in the bedspread. I can see why having that cut out would make it much neater. We ditched the BS in favor of a down comforter. We also tossed the bed spread. Hope that wasn't a mistake when we someday go to sell.

We take all the "comes with" bedding off when we get new MH, fold it all up and put it in one of those ziplock vacuum bags and put the bag in the attic. Then when it comes time to trade, open bag, remove bedding: poof! Instant new look!

We had the same plan and it was working great until we sold the attic. A compromise for full time is no storage. To goodwill it went. Hope it doesn't hurt use when we go to sell.

I know what you mean about the "tucking in problem". The platform that the mattress sits on is much shorter than the mattress so we have to pull the blanket/comforter way down to have something to hold it down when tucking it in. I have looked for extra long blankets but I can't seem to find any. Even the "California King" type linens don't seem to be long enough. I guess I could stitch an "extra piece" of material along the bottom, but that is A LOT of stitching! I am just not that handy!
Oh well, if I find any great fixes out there I will let y'all know.

My plan was to just get rid of this issue at the Tampa show!! Plan was to just buy one of those Prevost and problem be fixed. I be damn if the Provost isn't built with same issue.
So I guess I will modify our bed spread !!
