We'll all I can say to Russell and Wayne is, they must have been trying hard to earn business. They couldn't give a rats @$$ about servicing me and this coach. It's a real shame. I wouldn't recommend Total Value RV to my worst enemy!

Paul I didn't say there haven't been ruts in the road but from listening to others on these forums a lot of dealers provide crappy service and non competitive prices. Hank and Ivan on a few occasions have had to intervene. What TV brings to the party is their in the same town as FR they gets parts quick and FR personnel visit to discuss mechanical issues first hand.
The bad thing that plagues every company in the area is turnovers people hopping from one job to another.
The bottom line I'm always treated well and if there is issues they are resolved as quick as possible.

I agree Wayne. This is my 5 th class A and this is the first 1 from Total Value. Ivan has stood behind his word and resolved my issues. Unlike other Dealers I have bought from. But everyone has a story some good some bad.

If Ivan and Hank are so involved and responsive, you would think they would have shown their faces to us when we were there and having so many problems. Especially since we knew so many of their previous customers and "friends." Instead, we couldn't even get a return call from our sales person Chad once the papers were signed and the problems began. All we got was an email from him with blatant lies about their competition MHSRV and empty promises to return our calls which he never bothered to do.

If it wasn't for one tech named Bill, we'd still be in Elkhart.

Paul; did you purchase your moho from TotalValue? If you did not, then you have had the same experience that I have had with another dealer.
I was told by a dealer that for warranty work, they do not get enough hours from FR to cover the work. However if you purchased from them and they made some good profit, they cover their buyers in the hopes that they will purchase again and also pay their asking for non-warranty service.

Paul, FWIW we felt the same way at total value.
Once we signed the papers, the guys in the office didn't want anything else to do with us.
We had already planned on getting our warranty work done at Goshen.
We did get a nice fruit basket. Lol

Welcome, let us know if it works out! We were most likely at the same show! My daughter is a Eventer, we were at Rocking horse all weekend. We currently have our Berk in Ocala as my daughter trains there from Jan through April. Feel free to message me, would love to meet up and give you any tips or assistance with your new coach!

I did purchase the Moho from Total Value. I drove three days from Florida to pick it up. Silly me😩. I was expecting service similar to MHSRV where I picked up my last Moho.

Well it is official. Just worked it out today. Picking it up in a week. Thanks all for making me welcome. Going to be around especially after I pick it up .
As far as those that had problems with Total RV hope that is not something to come for me but so far they have been Great. And as of right now I don't see it.
Paulie, thanks for talking to me on the phone over the weekend.
Stephen, My wife is a Jumper, we normally do Ocala Or Wellington this time of year but this trip is a new show for new horses down in Venice Beach. (her champion from last several years had a freak accident and we had to put it down at the end of last year). We have two new hopeful rock stars that are totally green and figured lets try and new show as it is the first time in the ring for them ever. If you are down in that area let me know.
Cheers all and thanks again for making us welcome.

We worked with Dave (Honestly wanted to work with Scott because of his awesome YouTube Videos, but he was at a show). Dave was great regardless. No pressure, showed us a bunch of options. Left us alone. Was one of the best buying experiences I have had on a vehicle or home (Both in this case) ever. Hope again that the experience with them continues. I think it will just from phone calls and conversations over the last week in working out the details.

Ya. Dave is my salesman. Tell him Russell said hi. He will know me.
Scott has a restaurant down at the south end of town he recommends. He says you get 10% off if you mention his name?? I recommend the Flippin Cow just west of Total Value. Awesome burgers. Martin food store just west also has great deli items. The Essenhaus down in Middlebury is great home cooked meal. Your not far from there either so you probably know the area too. Good luck.
Russell.

Congrats Andrew. I'm happy everything worked out for you. The finicky water heater will take some getting used too. Give me a call and I'll walk you through it. The ice maker works great too. The supply valve for the ice maker is under the bathroom sink, back right as your looking in there. Pull the ice tray out and the on and off switch is in there. Good luck.

Don't know the area at all. 130 miles is a bit far away for me to know it.
