We just purchased a 2016 New Berkshire. My question is: Does anyone know what is used on the Interior Door Panels. My bathroom door has Trim on it. At first while at the Dealership, I noticed some scratches. They took care of that, then it appeared the Trim used inside of the door, one of the panels has come loose. As I looked closer at it, instead of it being wood, they used some type of crinkle material stained the same color as the wood. Can anyone tell me what this is? And where all it may be in the Coach. It you touch it is sounds like crepe paper?
