BIM next to Hydraulic Pump

Great forum, lots of useful info. Got this coach less than a year ago, slowly getting all the wish list items done without breaking the bank all at once. I noticed there is a BIM mounted next to my Jacks & Slides Pump, not sure why. The schematic doesn't show it, the Hot coming from my 150 Brkr goes to it, then one comes off and goes to the Slide Circuits and the other goes to the rear distribution panel. Any idea what this is for or does?

That's not a BIM. It's a Battery Disconnect. Typically to disconnect sources via a remote switch. Iam not familiar with your coach however.

You're right, because I was trying to trace down everything I mislabeled it when typing.

Any idea why it would be there?

It's your battery disconnect relay. The switch near the door controls it.

It turns off power from the house batteries to the RV 12 volt systems.

Okay, thanks for clearing that up. So if I Turn the disconnect knob in the battery bay, it does the same thing?

Maybe .
The knob may be the inverter disconnect or it may be the chassis battery disconnect.

The knob will kill the gen and the jacks, along with the 12volt, the salesman switch just the 12V. If I'm reading it the schematic right. Not at the coach now to try it. Thanx.

That switch is the battery disconnect switch and it works in conjunction with the switch by the entry door. It is a remote type switch that turns off 12V power to the coach instead of acually having to physically turn off the house disconnect manually.

The one circled is the Knob disconnect but in the schematic, on the 2/0 red wire should also have the remote Salesman switch drawn in.

Thanks again everyone.
