Bluecoat TruCenter Steering control

Another topic. Is this worth the value. Here is the need, my wife enjoys driving but the large unit and constant correction required for steering overwhelms her. Would this help that much with wind, road conditions etc?

I just found out what year your unit is. At 2012 depending on the miles you may want to look at replacing the bell crank with the Super Steer bell crank. I believe "Edgewant" changed his out to lessen the steering slop for the lack of a better term.

I've got a Tru Center. I love it, but it does not necessarily take away the need for corrections. But, as Paul said, if there seems to be the need for constant corrections, the bell crank may need replaced. The tru center does help with movement caused by passing semi-trucks (this was never really a problem for me) but is great for that side wind that you constantly have to correct for. Turn the wheel in direction you want it, hit button, and it keeps you in that direction until you change it. Also, I hear it is good for a front tire blowout to keep the coach stable and controllable. If you can do the work yourself, it can be installed for less than $1000.
