Boeshield T9

Just wondering if anyone uses this stuff, where they use it and how it works for them. It seems a bit pricey, but I'm thinking of a couple of areas that it may be perfect for...(power step and exposed wiring connections).

Rich,
Yes, I use it all the time. I use it on my steps and they operate very smoothly and quietly after I use it. Also on the latch on the entrance door and hinges as well as on the rollers under the slides. Haven't tried it on wiring though. Been using it for quite a while now and have been pleased with it.

I found the product a couple of years ago and use it frequently. Great stuff.

This product has been around for a long time and was used in the aeronautic industry. Great stuff..

From their website:
Forty years ago, the world’s largest aerospace builder—The Boeing Company—needed access to a more reliable metal protectant/lubricant that could withstand long exposure to a corrosive environment.

Their research revealed that Teflon, silicone and synthetic sprays were all inadequate for the task, so they developed a better product of their own. The result was Boeshield T-9®, the only product of its type to be licensed by The Boeing Company. T-9’s unique formulation of solvents and waxes was engineered to penetrate metal crevices deeply, displace moisture, dissolve minor corrosion, and leave a clean, waxy coating with long-lasting durability.
