Brake Buddy battery draw

Hello folks. I will soon have a constant 12 volt charge line run to my toad battery, but have a question in the interim. I know it very much depends on how much you use the brakes while driving, but on average how long can I use the Brake Buddy (Vantage - Select) in my towed vehicle before it draws the battery down? There are no other draws on the towed vehicle battery while towing because I don't need to have the key on to tow and it is a newer battery in the towed vehicle. Just an estimate from someone with little experience would be great. Thanks!

I use a brake buddy and have never had a problem with draining the battery. I will normally stop about every three hrs and start the engine let it run for ten -fifteen minutes usually while refueling never had any problem.

Been using my Brake Buddy 4 almost 5 years without a charge line. I've gone 2 or 3 days without ever starting the car and have not had an issue.

I tow a 2015 Ford Fiesta ( 2300 lbs ) and I have never used my brake buddy on the car. I have never had a problem on flat roads and I never drive over 65 MPH. If I ever travel in mountains then I would use it. Ford said I have to disconnect the battery when towing.
