Googled paint bubbles in fiberglass. Found several reasons, fiberglass not cured correctly, gassing of fiberglass. Bottomline would require complete sanding down, redoing the fiberglass and repainting. your coach is the same year as mine and we have fiberglass cheeking on the sides and FR has not stood up to repair. We have recieved several estimates for repair and from $7,000 to $11,000 per side. Might want contact FR and see if they will stand behind their product, we haven't had any luck except being told to buff it out and that will not fix the poblem.
