Camp Freightliner

Hi. Signed up to go to Camp Freightliner next April. New to diesels, but always felt comfortable understanding and working on gas chassis class C's. I want to understand this coach's chassis/powertrain as well. From reading previous posts, I think that I will have alignment checked as well as tire balancing. The coach only has about 2500 miles on it. Any veterans out there with advice so I can get the most out of this experience? I have only heard great things about the factory service in Gaffney, so is there anything else that I should/could have them do while I'm there?

Four corner weights will help you set air pressures properly. Had it done when I attended last May. They also check ride height at all locations as part of the alignment. As part of Camp Freightliner they also provide a list of filters and a few tools (like the center hub removal tool) and have very reasonable prices. I would recommend you purchase just about everything on the list.
