Ceiling has a bubble

The attached photos show the ceiling is getting a bubble in the kitchen and bedroom. The locations are both next to light fixtures. Anyone experience this in their coach? Any ideas why or how to fix? Click image for larger version

Bubbles are may times caused by water. Have you checked to ensure that you do not have some type of water leak? Water will run to the lowest point of course and many time in an RV that is the light assembly.

Yes, water. Looks like the roof A/C's are leaking.

Had a small bubble form in our 2018 Cherokee. It was just a poor job of gluing that layer down and luckily it was in a corner and was able to pull it loose, spray on some adhesive and stick it back in place. There was NO water damage, the material just pulled loose.

Pin prick the bubbles to see if any water comes out. If so, you have a roof leak somewhere.

Remove the light lens to see if water comes out. (Slightly push up and Twist lens CCW to remove)

Probably the glue letting loose from the ceiling material. We had to pull down and glue our bedroom ceiling, then we had FR do our whole coach at the rally a few years ago, and last year my husband had to do the living room again. It is a real pain to do this repair, hard to get in there to spray the adhesive and it can be messy. Wish the factory glue would hold up better. Spray adhesive works the best, and a place that reupholsters cars can probably do it the best and cheapist.

Thank all of you for the good ideas and suggestion. Thanks John for how to get the light out & down. I'm making arrangements for FR to look at the ceiling in Aug at the rally.
