Chassis AC blowing warm air

Hello

I have a 40' 2017 Berkshire XL 380 BH and my chassis AC is blowing warm air. The shop I took it to says I need to replace the Air Conditioning Expansion valve and the Filter Dryer accumulator.
There is a part number (3205-008) on the expansion valve but nobody can seem to find a reference for it and no part number for the filter dryer...
Does anyone has a part number for these two parts? I tried calling Fr but the are closed for the day...

Thank you

Jacques

Attached is a picture of my dryer on a 2018 34QS. We are on our first hot weather trip of the year. The A/C was blowing hot air. I called truck repair shops and got the typical response of long wait times. Mineke got us in, the freon was empty, evacuated zero. Added 7.5 lbs as shone on the A/C unit. The compressor would not turn on and no voltage reading at the compressor. That was the end of their technicians limit. So no leaks, have voltage at the front switch by the dryer but no voltage at compressor. No cost for 7.5 pounds of R134A and 3 hours of technicians time as they did not "fix" the problem. 3 thumbs up to Mineke in Elizabethtown KY.

It should be 2.25#s.

Do you have power on both sides of pressure switch?
If so need to check driver interface plug under dash.
Freightliner had an issue with there control module.

With 7.5 #s Pressure switch at receiver dryer would open right away and would start to short cycle the compressor.

The technician said voltage at front preasure switch but did not say which side, only 2 wires at the switch. Their Snap On scanner did not work for freightliner. I did scan for codes and my scanner & showed no codes,, but the scanner does not check specifically for A/C codes. Is the control module out of stock with supply issues?

Try bypassing the thermostat/cold control t-stat.

I had to replace mine. It was intermittent and driving me crazy trying to keep the a/c operating.

Since you’ve got 12v at the pressure switch I doubt the Tstat is the problem but would be worth eliminating. Mine was attached to the Evans Tempcon black shroud located above the generator on the firewall.
