City Water Connection

Noticed water dripping from the city water fill this weekend. The water was coming from the back side the connection (but on the front side of the panel.)

Not sure if I just have an o-ring issue or need to replace the city fill itself?

I had a similar issue and on the backside of the connection there is another connection. Ensure it is tight. Mine was loose and dripping water so I got my hand in there and put a few turns on it and hasn't leaked since.
