Hi and Welcome to FRF.
First, you need to post what brand a 390BH is.
Second, what type of clutch fan are you talking about?

Clutch Fan

Access dtna is Freightliner’s parts lookup website. You can join and find most part numbers. Have your VIN handy. It may take a couple of days to be approved for use of the site but it’s very handy. You could also just call 1-800 FTL-Help. Have your vin and tell them what part you’re looking for. They also generally have good prices on the parts.

Another new member here. what temps are you all running at approximately for the clutch fan to kick in ... i think i saw 209 pulling a mild grade towing a f150 and thought that was a little high for radiator temp.

I typically see/hear fan clutch engagement at 209-214 deg depending on how hot ambient temp is as well as engine load.

My 2010 390QS with the 340HP Cummins engine recently had a fan clutch replacement and the part number on the invoice said "HOR 9904119". Hope that helps.
