Dash AC and Heat on a 2014 390FL Class A

How does the dash AC and Heat work on a Class A RV?

Issues:
1. In the summer when running the AC sometimes I feel water dripping on my feet when driving but the air does feel cool.

2. In the winter I basically get cool or warm air (NOT hot) blowing from the dash.

Should I take the RV to Cummins for service?

The heat and a/c in the coach for the dash is made by Evans-Tempcon. The air box is installed under the dash and should have some access by the entry door. as for the water dripping on your feet in the toe board area it could be a loose vent hose. Freightliner could do some diagnostics but any RV service center can work on the coach. It could be a sticky blend door motor. when they fail in the automotive world by default the revert to heat and also the defrost option

The water dripping sounds like a plugged condensate drain.

The drain is just above the generator. In between the fresh air inlets.Click image for larger version
