Dash Heater Control Valve 34B

Our 34B is just over a year old now, and I have always felt that the A/C air was not cold enough. Now I know why. When the temperature control knob is turned all the way counterclockwise into the blue, the air is still slightly hot.
Is there an easy way to adjust this? This appears to be an electronic motor and not a cable activated valve. I called Freightliner and they say this is a Forest River provided item.

The blend door motors and actuators are electronically controlled. The blend door motor(s) are located under the air box which is under the dash on the passenger side. A black rectangular box

Is there an easy way to adjust this to eliminate all heat when the knob is counterclockwise in the blue?
