Engine air intake louver panel

I'm still finding mud dauber 'nests'! Le Mesa sure never tried cleaning these out of the MH before selling to me. I see one in the engine air intake tube behind the louver panel on side of MH. It appears to me there are 4 torx head screws holding this panel on to the side of MH. My Problem; T-20 is too big and T-15 is too small. Has anyone removed this panel, if so what tool did you use on those screws?
Thanks

A #2 square bit will take them out.
