Does Forrest River have this information printed in our coach? I have looked at my picture's (not at coach) of the VIN over the drivers seat but don't see engine SN. I want to register my engine in the Cummins Quickserve website and my coach is in storage. Want to make sure before I make the hike to the storage facility.
You would have to contact Freightliner to get that info without physically looking at the engine. I believe it is on the valve cover. Freightliner's number is 1-800-FTL-HELP (385-4357)
All setup on QuickServe Online. I highly recommend anyone who's going to troubleshoot or do your own maintenance. There is a VAST amount of information available. I already researched my wiring diagrams and connector issues. Will have to pick up the coach a few more days early before our next trip to run down some wires...
Our bus has a sticker in the cabinet above the driver's seat titled "Incomplete Vehicle Component Specification" that has the engine, transmission and axle models along with serial numbers. Are you sure you don't have that sticker? The engine serial number is referred to as "Engine No:"
