Entry stair coverings
I am not very happy with the enter stair rubber coverings. Any ideas? In addition the very top cover does not stay in place?

What exactly are you not happy about with the rubber step covers and what isn't staying in place?

The top section that mounts mostly vertically . If I don't push it in it starts to come off. The glue holding it is very gooey and doesn't really hold the rubber in place. I has thinking of adding several stainless steel screws across the top to hold it in place?

We had a very similar problem: The bottom tread material had loose adhesive (especially in warm sunlight), but top OK so far.
We added an aluminum door threshold, which has solved the tread surface movement.

My understanding (now) is that the 4" vinyl covering on the top riser is sagging.
If you and I received the same adhesive, it's either inappropriate for the task or misapplied - possibly too thick.
Short of removing the vinyl, cleaning it and its mounting surface, and replacing the adhesive, I'd expect SS screws would hold it. However, I wouldn't screw it without checking what's beneath. Because of the tile riser, that might be all you've got.
If you can't screw it, maybe 3M VHB tape after cleaning both surfaces would do the job - and in a concealed manner. It's powerful stuff.

It's really good! Some well-known solar panel installers solely use it to anchor panel feet to a smooth fiberglass roof - with no screws or other attachments.

That's a little different from mine.
Looks like it's an inverted "L" shape with the horizontal top possible supported by the top of the tile - which is good.
If it were me, I'd remove, clean and reapply with a row of 3M VHB double-sided tape. I'd expect that to hold it just fine - and avoid the need for exposed screws. etc..
If it doesn't work, go to Plan-B; nothing lost.

That is the front of the sliding step cover. Extend it out and you should be able to carefully remove the panel and then reglue it or use the 3M tape

My coach came with 2-sided Gorilla tape holding the steps in place. It is easier to use than glue and thinner and cheaper than 3M tape.

I just put a new layer of Gorilla two-sided tape over the old one. That stuff is hard to remove, so adding more is the easiest thing to do.
