Extended Warranty

I just purchased an extended warranty (I know that there are many pros and cons to buying one), but the question I have is does anyone have any experience with an extended warranty by USA Travel Care administered by American Guardian warranty services?
Please, only responses dealing with the extended warranty and the administrator with getting repairs covered.

We have an extended warranty with that company. So far I have had no issues getting them to pay. I actually never spoke to them. The company doing the service work took care of it. I had the black tank replaced under the warranty.
