Getting headlight recall done and can't find factory address for Forest River Berkshire plant where Mitch Wert is located. Went there last September and lost the address

Here are the affected years and models;

2014 through 2017 model year BERKSHIRE XL and

BERKSHIRE XLT - BE400BH-60, BE400QL-60, BE400RB-60, BE40A-360, BE40A-380, BE40B-380, BE40BH-360,

BE40BH-380, BE40QL-360, BE40QL-380, BE40RB-360, BE40RB-380, BE43A-450, BE43B-450 & BE43C-450 Class A

If you can give me your VIN# i can see if your coach is involved in the recall. Also you would have received a letter stating that your coach was affected by the recall.

Trapfarmer,
Both headlamps may shut off when switching from the low beam to high beam setting. Freightliner has a new harness that is installed with relays that rectify the issue.

Hello, I have a 2019 XLT 45B-450 VIN# 4UZFCHFE5KCKX1930. My front low beam headlamps (passenger and driver) will operate intermittently at times, currently the passenger low beam is inoperative but operational on high beam, really strange. Don't do much traveling at night but when I do I use the high beams, doesn't seem to affect oncoming traffic.

Have you checked the connections behind the front cap? if you roll the generator out there should be enough room to examine the butt connectors used on the wiring.
