Our fireplace power switch has three positions -- on, off, controlled by remote. Is there any chance yours is in the off position?

I don't have a fireplace in my 2013 390RB but when trouble shooting an electrical problem that involved the refrigerator I ran across an odd switch box under the dinette slide. Turns out it is a cutout switch that removes power from the outlet in the space occupied by the fireplace. The slide has to be extended all the way in order that the outlet gets power. If you moved that slide since it worked you may want to check that switch. It has a button that is depressed until the slide is fully extended.
