Floor heat Not Working

Floor heat has worked fine in last 2 years. Precision panel shows amps being drawn when turning on but tile floor not warming front or rear. Have checked the breaker but not tripped. Berkshire XLt 45A. Any suggestions to repair. Thanks in advance.

There are 3 sub mats. Rear bath, Bedroom and Livingroom/kitchen. Do any of them work?

Well, I may have jumped the gun on this post. Left floor heater on for 4 hours and it finally heated up. Had left it on for 30 minutes and could not tell it was doing anything. Maybe taking longer because of cold. Thanks for your replies. I am glad to know where the junction boxes are.
