Fog lights replacement
We own a 2016 Berkshire. Not sure if anyone has experienced the manufacture fog lights filling up with water After three set being replaced with the same issue.I found a g that mount right over the space and took 30 minutes to install. KAWELL 18W DC 10-30V 6500K LED Fog light that emit much better light than the manufacture after the rain storm I was in this last week no floating water.
The last picture is the old fog light.

I just put them on my Berk also and also put 6500K cree led headlamps in too. What a difference. Best 90 bucks I ever spent.

Do the headlamps just exchange with the stock bulb? I'm going to change out the waterlogged fog lights and thinking I should do something with the headlamps also.

Do Daytime Running lights work properly with LED headlamp replacement?
We've got several people who have switched to LED headlights, so I hope they can answer a basic question about whether the Daytime Running Lights work properly with this setup. That is, do the DRLs flicker or do they stay fully bright as if driving at night? Or do they work properly?
The reason I ask is that some auto manufacturers implement DRL by hooking the two headlights in series, which increases the resistance and lowers the light output. This idea works fine with incandescent bulbs, but it isn't obvious that it works the same way with LEDs. That's why I ask the question.
Of course, the headlight DRL may have changed with new models, so I'm particularly interested in headlights like my 2015 model, which used the Toyota Highlander headlight design.

I have not checked that yet. They did advertise them as being DRL compatible. I will check that part out first chance I get. I want to disconnect my DRLs anyway. Soon a safe I figure out how.

It's handy that they say they are DRL compatible.
I don't understand why people want to disconnect DRL. They are proven to save a lot of lives in Canada. People have trouble seeing my motorhome, despite its size, so all the help I can get on undivided roads is a suitable gain in safety with no discernible cost.
As a Canadian, I've lived with DRL for years and really appreciate it when most of the people on the road also have it.

I dont like them. My biggest problem with DRLs are people who have them think when a rain storm is blowing through no need to turn on lights, but what about the people behind them especially if you are in a dark car you become invisible and then the ones who forget or wont turn lights on at night because they can see in front of them. I think they give a false sense of security. If im in any area I feel visibility is low I turn my own headlights on. Just my opinion but I disconnect them on all my vehicles that came with them.

I think they're great, and a huge safety plus. After working traffic accidents and traffic issues for many years I've come to appreciate that.

In many, if not all jurisdictions, the law is that headlights (and taillights) must be turned on if the wipers are on. In Canada, we sometimes see people who forget to turn on their lights when it gets dark. But, I suspect that those are people who are renting a car and they assume it has automatic headlights, because that is what they have on their own vehicle.
I assume that you are careful to turn on your headlights and taillights when it is appropriate. So, I don't see how removing the DRL feature from your own vehicle prohibits you from handling your taillights properly. That is, why do you need to remove them?

I always turn on my lights when needed especially in the rain even if its a law or not. I live in Florida they cant see you here it you had neon strobe lights.
As I said its just my preference.
I am not saying anyone should remove them.
I do wish they would at least make them so something on the rear of the car would light up along with them .

The question I was answering was about DRLs. The light bulbs I posted links to are for headlights, not fog lights.
