Forest River Representative (Berkshire)
Is there someone from FR that contributes on this forum? I see there is someone that is very active on the Class c forum and seems very helpful.

Welcome to the forum we are very happy that you would take time to help with issues and I for one will try to not abuse your time. There are several issue floating around this past several weeks that have gone unanswered so you may want to start there. Having a representative from Forest River that works with the Berkshire line is a welcome resource.
Again welcome and thanks for your time

I echo that sentiment. If you check in from time to time and give us the company perspective I think we could be a valuable resource to you too.
Thanks
Will

Not sure that eddytucky is our guy. PM'd him a question about 10 days ago and still no reply.

Lol...eddytucky was not 100% sure how to post etc. I've gave him a little instruction but I don't think he knows how to read or respond to PM's.
Not to nitpick...but he only posted that 7 days ago.

Tmmar,
I have only been checking this account for about 7 days, so a 10 day old message probably was discarded. Please feel free to PM me and I will get to it. Hope all is well and I look forward to your message.

IMO, When you have a problem 7 days is FOREVER.
Folks forget we also (well some of us ) have real jobs and just check in here infrequently.

OOOPS! My bad! We have had a lot going on here (getting ready for a trip, new grand child, helping my son with a renovation on his house) so it seemed like it was 10 days ago. The PM was just after I saw the post about eddytucky so I guess it was about a week ago.
My PM was asking about the amount of cargo carrying capacity I would have in my 2008 Berkshire 390bh. There have been a number of posts relating to this question and so far it has not been answered.
Sorry for the confusion about the PM.
Thanks,
Tom

I saw in one of your earlier posts that you have Matt Swiharts e-mail address. Matt is the Berkshire/Charleston Service/Warranty Manager and can get you copies of your chassis and motor home weight tags...

Don't believe that the tag has cargo carrying capacity identified as a specific number.

What is a real job? Regrettably, all the good payin jobs start before I get up. . . . . . .

The real job I had before I retired, finished up a 16 hour day about the time you were getting up.
