FR Parts and Maintenance Manuals

I bought a 2017 Berkshire 38a

- where can I get parts? There is a cabinet door missing
- Do maintenance manuals from FR exist?
- Is there a pdf version of the online owners manual available?

Moved thread from the General Tech and Repair section to the Berkshire sub-forum since the OP is asking for model-specific information and not a general question.

I’m not sure on your specific year/model but when I bought my unit, the manuals are in a downloadable app. I have it on my phone.

I got a new cabinet door to fit my '17 Cardinal 5'er.
Try emailing Jared @ jhostetler@forestriverinc.com
And Todd @ tgrimm@forestriverinc.com
Either one may be able to help you find the door you need. They will need the make, model and VIN to get the correct door. I would suggest emailing both gentlemen.

If you need part for the Berkshire, I would definitely contact the Berkshire parts dept @ PH:574-522-1747. Here is a link for the interactive e-manual as well. https://forestriverinc.help/#/forest...#39;s%20Manual

I found the Forest River manual for the whole motorhome to be lacking a lot of important information, so I wrote my own, which is linked from my signature.

Mine is a 2015 34QS, so it will have some features the same as your 2017 38a.
