Freightliner Tool

When we took possession of our 2016 38a they were missing some Manuals. Just received them including a Freightliner book and this tool. No where do I find what this tool is for.... I'm sure you all do! Please enlighten me! Thanks all!

Looks like the tool used to remove and install potable water filters. It's used to loosen the canister that holds the filter and then to tighten the canister. Apparently your MH has two filters - one on drivers side and one on passenger side.

That is the correct answer. The back hub covers have a screw in that holds the center hub.
