Freshwater Tank drain

I am looking for the freshwater tank drain on a 2022 Berkshire 34B. All I found is a black valve on the passenger side next to the tank that is blocked by a panel. It doesn't drain any water. Any suggestions?
Thank you

Hi,
I have a 2020 34QS which should be similar. On mine the freshwater drain can be accessed in the plumbing bay, on the left behind a panel. Reach in and pull the handle to drain the tank.

Good luck.

Top right of this page, above Welcome 34B

Type the word Sanitize in the search box, be sure FRF is highlighted in blue.
Happy reading.

Welcome to the Forum, R34B.

I've written an extensive manual for my 2025 Berk 34QS, linked from my signature below. It discusses draining the freshwater tank (for light freezes and hard freezes), and it discusses authoritative links to sanitizing the tank and chlorinating questionable water supplies.

You'll probably find other useful material there, since it has a table of contents, hyperlinks and references to other material.

–cheers, Gordon

The OP posed the question of where to find the drain for the freshwater tank. The thread goes on to pose several related questions and answers.

So, when you say "Same Question", you'll get a more helpful answer if you repeat the question that is on your mind, for clarification.
